IN 2021 - A 7.1 magnitude earthquake occurred in Tonga. GS Housing actively participated in Tonga's earthquake relief housing activities and delivered 400 sets of container house within 2 days.

IN 2022 - The covid-19 epidemic spread in China, and hospitals in various provinces and cities were destroyed by patients. GS Housing actively cooperated with the Chinese government to build more than 60 temporary modular hospitals and isolation hotels,almost 50000 set modular units.

IN 2023 - GS Housing has become the only partner of Saudi Arabia's NEOM labor camp project in China with its own capabilities, and has signed a long term cooperation agreement to build the NEOM labour accommodation camp.

IN 2024 - GS Housing is committed to the environmental protection and quick deployment of modular buildings, and conducts in-depth research on modular products that can replace traditional buildings. Finally, a modular building with a service life of up to 70 years and a height of up to 100 meters is designed.

IN 2025 - GS Housing built the sixth permanent modular building factory in Guangdong and named it GSMOD (GS Modular ).As well, the new product-permanent modular buildings launched at the 2025 Spring Canton Fair and became the hottest product in the venue.
